After almost two decades of experience involving several business process re-engineering consulting/ERP projects, Faun deHenry looked back at the major issues clients and companies faced prior to, during, and after major ERP upgrades or implementations. The one common thread seemed to revolve around the inability of companies to integrate people, processes, and technology efficiently.

The fact that there wasn't a single vendor that could provide a complete solution to manage, access, and deploy business process changes gave her an idea. The market needed a solution that could help minimize the implementation headaches and frustration that are normally associated with deploying business process change to end users throughout an organization; in short there was a market gap that needed to be filled, a company that was Focusing on Modern Technology was soon to be created.

The FMT Systems philosophy is simple and effective; Business Process is our focus, allowing you to focus on your business. With a strong passion for teaching and the desire to create a more streamlined efficient work environment for businesses, FMT Systems was born. Faun meticulously hand-picked senior level functional and technical associates/consultants from previous projects and began putting the vision in motion.

Shortly thereafter the technical plan was developed and it was then that the FMT team realized that the highly flexible and scalable design/architecture could make this not only a good fit into an ERP environment but also into extended enterprise applications (Supply Chain, CRM, ERM, etc.).
